Centering Your Self this Season: Mindfulness can help us be more resilient through the holidays. Holiday stress and the challenges of the season maybe overwhelming at times. Join to find ways to access tools to help with mindful eating, improving well-being, and setting realistic expectations during this busy season!

Workplace and Educational Settings

Mindfulness and Social-Emotional Resiliency can also support Acacemic Learning (SERAL). Cultivating skills needed in a world that is often complex, glorious, and challenging benefits adults and children. How can we be resilient, handle stress better, and strengthen learning so we can lead lives with more ease? How can schools and workplaces provide foundations for well-being and prevent burn-out?

Insight Institute facilitates several mindfulness programs, including 8-week, 6-week, & 4-week programs, one-on-one coaching sessions, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR, MBSR for Teens), Mind-Body Skills Groups, Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) consultation/trainings and other personalized programs.

These programs cultivate each participant’s discovery of their own inner resources and strategies to thrive and cope with stress in everyday life, such as work, school, relationships, stages of life, health, financial, etc. The foundations of these research-based programs are awareness, kindness, curiosity, and compassion.

Mindfulness offers solutions. Hundreds of research studies confirm the link between mindfulness and improved well-being, through practices that enable us to cultivate our own inner-skills to handle stressful situations with more ease –– responding vs. reacting.
